The yet-to-be-named establishment will occupy space within a new 25,000 square foot mixed-use development at 601 Hagan Street, with a targeted opening of Fall 2027.

The project is part of a larger mixed-use development by Creed Investment Co., which acquired the property for $6 million in January 2025. The industrial-inspired building features a 1950s brick facade and has been designed with pedestrian-friendly elements and integrated green space.
